For 24 years, Keely Drever has dedicated her career to the art of event and meeting planning. She is passionate about her field, resulting in seamless execution of creatively programmed meetings and events.

Keely’s experience range from marketing and non-profit to pharmaceutical and corporate. She began her career in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, by organizing all signature summer events for the Steamboat Springs Chamber and Resort Corporation. In 2002, Keely moved to Denver where she ventured into Continuing Medical Education (CME) and planned and implemented medical conferences for pharmaceutical companies such as TAP, Aventis and Oncura.

Keely entered the corporate arena in 2006, when she became the Director of Events at Transamerica Capital, Inc. a position that involved overseeing, planning and executing up to 400 events and meetings annually. As the department director she was responsible for managing a team of planners, accountable for the company meeting budget, and responsible for instituting all of the processes and procedures that she has transferred to her practice today.

In 2008, Ms. Drever was awarded her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, and by the close of 2010 she had overseen, planned and/or executed thousands of meetings and events domestically and internationally.

In 2011, Keely launched The Meeting Boutique. Her first client was her previous employer, Transamerica Capital, Inc. Other clients quickly followed. Since the inception of the The Meeting Boutique, Keely has been involved in the planning and execution of dozens of programs and various consulting projects.

Ms. Drever has vast experience in budget management, creative program development, agenda building, and logistics, and has a passion for programming and incentive trips.

​

In 2020 she moved back to the mountains and in her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, telemark skiing and hiking. She resides in Steamboat Springs with her husband and two sons.
